Organizational Overview

The Foundation for Inclusive Development (FID) is a women-led, South Sudanese nongovernmental, non-political, and non-profit organization committed to advancing inclusive, equitable, and sustainable development. 

FID delivers integrated, community-driven programs with a strategic focus on Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL) as its core sector, reinforced by complementary interventions in WASH, Health & Nutrition, and social development sectors. 

As a women-led organization, FID champions gender equality by ensuring that women and girls are not only beneficiaries but active leaders and decision-makers in development processes. 

Through locally grounded and evidence-based approaches, FID strengthens resilience, improves living conditions, and empowers vulnerable populations across South Sudan.
