The Deputy Secretary General supports the Secretary General in managing the organization’s daily operations and implementing board decisions. They assist in coordinating programs, supervising staff, and ensuring effective communication across departments. The Deputy Secretary General acts on behalf of the Secretary General when required, helps monitor performance and compliance, and contributes to strategic planning and organizational development to ensure continuity and effective service delivery.
